Former President Donald Trump tore into Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, saying he’s “another bulls—t artist.”

“Another one of our highest priorities under a Republican Congress will be to stop left-wing censorship and to restore free speech in America,” Trump said during a rally in Anchorage, Alaska, adding that supporters should sign up for accounts on his Truth Social app.

“Elon. Elon is not going to buy Twitter. Where did you hear that before? From me,” Trump said, referencing Musk’s backing out of his $44 billion bid to purchase Twitter. “You know, he said the other day, ‘Oh, I’ve never voted for a Republican.’ I said: ‘I didn’t know that.’ He told me he voted for me. So he’s another bullshit artist.”

Trump said Musk had a “rotten” contract, adding once again: “Sign up for Truth.”

Musk later hit back at Trump, saying “it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat.”

“I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset,” Musk wrote on Twitter.

“Dems should also call off the attack – don’t make it so that Trump’s only way to survive is to regain the Presidency,” he added.
