Justice Clarence Thomas suggests US should regulate Facebook, Google and Twitter
Earlier today the Supreme Court deemed former President Donald Trump’s appeal of a ruling that said it was unconstitutional for him to block critics moot, after a lower court considered his page to be a protected public forum. Even though there is nothing they can currenlty do, Justice Clarence Thomas pointed to the complexities raised by Twitter being able to kick a sitting president off of its platform.
