January 1, Athlete Becomes First Transgender Woman to Win NCAAs
The University of Pennsylvania’s Lia Thomas became the first transgender woman to win a swimming championship in the NCAA.
“I didn’t have a whole lot of expectation for this meet,” said Thomas, who previously competed on UPenn’s men’s swimming team.
“I was just happy to be here and race and compete the best I could.”
The senior clocked in at 4 minutes, 33.24 seconds. Emma Weyant of Virginia came in second with a time of 4:34.99.

Thomas is NOT a woman. He is in possession of MALE genitalia and that defines HIM biologically as a MALE.
Each and every “win” by this person will forever have an Asterix beside it in the record books. This is the most shameful and idiotic policy decision to be made by the NCAA in its history, all the hard work, talent and dedication of female athletes is brushed aside in the name of “wokeness”. If these confused individuals wish to compete, form a league for them separate from the traditional male/female leagues and let them sort it out among themselves.
Thomas is a male. Any test of his DNA will confirm that. To allow him to compete in women’s swimming is wrong period. The fact that he once competed as a male should be all the evidence you need to show just how screwed up this is.
