Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) cursed Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas over his opinion that overturned Roe v. Wade.
“So we know what happened in the Supreme Court yesterday,” Lightfoot said at a Pride event in Chicago on Saturday.
“If you read Clarence Thomas’ concurrence — Thank you. F—k Clarence Thomas!”
“He thinks we’re going to stand idly by while they take our rights,” said Lightfoot, the city’s first openly-gay mayor. “Our right to marry, our right to have children.”
