January 1, Details of Paul Pelosi’s DUI Arrest Emerge

Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), allegedly showed “signs of impairment” including “symptoms of alcohol intoxication” when he was arrested in May for driving under the influence (DUI) charges.
According to court documents, Paul Pelosi’s Porsche and another driver’s Jeep had “major collision damage” in the May 28 crash. The other driver was identified as John Doe.
The DUI report claims that Paul Pelosi handed responding officers his driver’s license and an 11-99 Foundation card — a charity supporting California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers. Pelosi reportedly had “red/watery” eyes and was “unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath.”
According to the documents, Pelosi was the only occupant of his vehicle and was in the driver’s seat when officers arrived at the scene.
Responding officers reportedly transported Pelosi to a CHP office in Napa and took a blood sample. Paul Pelosi had a blood alcohol level of 0.082 — higher than the state’s legal limit.
On Wednesday, Amanda Bevins, Paul Pelosi’s lawyer, pleaded not guilty to both counts on her client’s behalf. He is due back in court on August 23 for a settlement conference, Fox News reported.
The outlet obtained and published the court documents as the House Speaker visited Taiwan this week.

jail time like the rest of the drunk drivers 2nd offense
we are waiting because same goes for anyone caught DUI
True he should not be given special treatment. A drunk driver can kill others no matter who they are
Again, it proves that we have 2 forms of justice; one for the rich, and powerful; and one for “Joe Sixpack”.
