January 1, Migrants File Class-Action Lawsuit Against Ron DeSantis
A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) by a group of migrants who were transported from Texas to Martha’s Vineyard last week.
The suit alleges that the move was “cruelty akin to what they fled in their home country” of Venezuela.
The lawsuit, filed in a federal court in Massachusetts, also names the state’s transportation secretary as a defendant.
“Defendants manipulated them, stripped them of their dignity, deprived them of their liberty, bodily autonomy, due process and equal protection under law, and impermissibly interfered with the Federal Government’s exclusive control over immigration in furtherance of an unlawful goal and a personal political agenda,” the suit reads.
However, DeSantis’s camp says that the relocations were “voluntary.” The governor’s office provided a copy of consent forms allegedly signed by the migrants, with “Massachusetts” listed as the final destination.
“The immigrants were homeless, hungry, and abandoned – and these activists didn’t care about them then,” said Taryn Feske, DeSantis’s communications director.
“Florida’s program gave them a fresh start in a sanctuary state and these individuals opted to take advantage of chartered flights to Massachusetts. It was disappointing that Martha’s Vineyard called in the Massachusetts National Guard to bus them away from the island within 48 hours.”

Why are they not filing this suit against the Biden Administration that initally sent them to Florida? Florida is NOT a border state. How did migrants from Venezuela end up in Florida? Someone sent them there from the southern border they walked across. That would be the start point of the inhumane teatment wouldn’t it?
Tell me about it. First of all , they are illegals who have no right to bein this country. Secondly, since they are illegals, they have no right to file any lawsuit against any American and thirdly, why not file a suit against Biden administration who allow these illegals to be transported to our country which is against our immigration policies. These actions of their lefties are all for this coming November election. How criminal is this.

How did those migrants get the money to file suit? How would they even know whom to contact to file a suit so quickly? It makes more sense that someone that’s upset with DeSantis initiated this suit. And finally since when are individuals that are not citizens allowed to file suit against tax paying US citizens?

I am afraid that what everyone is saying is true. These people are in our country illegally and have no rights here. Such a ridiculous case should be thrown out immediately rather than waste our tax dollars on it. I don’t understand how these people think they can enter our country illegally and think they have rights. After all they could have been deported instead of being sent to a sanctuary state. They should shut up and be thankful just to be here !

Answer these two questions, and you will find a Leftist lawyer who is probably being paid by the “government” to file this suit! They were so happy to be in Martha’s Vineyard when they first got off the planes, now, since the Elitists have ejected them from Paradise, they’re claiming worse treatment than they got in Venezuela!
